Check in times are 15h00 to 18h00 Monday to Friday.
As an Owner run establishment, we unfortunately do not have a 24 hour reception.
Guests wishing to check in after 18h00 MUST arrange in advance with us and check-ins after 21h00 will incur a surcharge. Arrivals AT ANY TIME on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, MUST be arranged in advance with us.

Bookings & Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of making a provisional booking in order to confirm the booking, after which time the booking will be cancelled. The balance is due on check in. We also require, on arrival, a R200 key/breakages deposit which is refundable on departure.

- Cancellation of reservations will attract the following penalties:
- Cancellations 0 to 7 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit
- Cancellations 8 to 14 days prior forfeit 75% of the deposit
- Cancellations 15 to 21 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit
- Cancellations 22 to 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit
- Cancellations in excess of 28 days prior may incur a 10% administration fee to cover banking and processing charges.
Refunds in the case of cancellation:
Any cancellations made, in terms of these standard trading conditions shall be subject to the following deductions and administrative charges: the relevant cancellation fee, less actual bank charges debited by our bankers, less 10% administrative charge.
